We offer a TRACKED EXPEDITED flat rate across Canada for $20.00.
Canada Post quotes up to 7 business days delivery once items have been shipped.

LOCAL PICK UP
We offer local pick up free of charge from our studio INK&ARCH located at:
107-1289 Ellis Street, Kelowna, BC. 

Pick Up weekdays starting at 10:00am. Give us a heads up 24 hrs before via TEXT 778-594-1384 to confirm there is someone at the studio that day as artists work by appointment only. 

USA ORDERS
We offer a TRACKED flat rate from our Canadian warehouse to the USA for $20.00.
Canada Post quotes up to 7-14 business days delivery once items have been shipped.

REST OF THE WORLD
We offer a TRACKED flat rate from our Canadian warehouse to your country for $22.00. 
Canada Post quotes up to 7-21 business days delivery once items have been shipped. 

THE FINE PRINT
We do not offer REFUNDS on orders with long delays or items being stuck at customs. 

We do not offer REFUNDS on lost items. 

All orders contain a TRACKING NUMBER from Canada Post. To track and monitor your package please use this number from the Canada Post website.

We only ship packages Monday to Friday from our Canadian warehouse, excluding holidays.

RETURN POLICY
Due to the nature of our business we do not offer returns or exchanges on any of our products.
